Lockbox Rules

Checks processed as lockbox checks are originated under the Entry Class Code of "ARC" and must have been received in the mail or deposited into a drop box.  

Currently only consumer checks qualify for lockbox truncation.  Business checks and third party checks are not eligible.  The front of the checks must be imaged and the image kept for 2 years.  The physical checks themselves must be destroyed within 14 days.
